Introduction
To encourage and support members to actively participate in the infection control conference, the HKICNA (Hong Kong Infection Control Nurses’ Association ) organizes scholarship for members to join the 4th HKICNA conference (27-29th August 2010 ) and the details are as below :
Scholarship
- A full support of the Registration fee of the 4th HKICNA conference 2010
Application Criteria
- An active member of HKICNA with membership for at least 2 years
- On job ICN (full time or part time ICN) in the hospital
- Infection control link nurses in the hospital

- Complete application form and return to HKICNA at ( e-mail is preferred )

Closing date for application
20th July 2010
Result of the scholarship
The list of successful applicants will be uploaded onto the home page not later than 30th July 2010 and the successful applicants will be individually notified by e-mail. Please e-mail to inform HKICNA, if the notification letter does not reach you (successful applicants) by 8th August 2010.
Reimbursement
The amount reimbursed will be based on the receipt of the registration for the 4th HKICNA conference 2010. A successful applicant has to submit the following documents for successful reimbursement not later than 15th September 2010.
- Certified TRUE copy of attendance certificate
- Original OFFICIAL receipt of conference chopped by the conference
Incomplete submission of the required documents will result to unsuccessful reimbursement. If the reimbursement letter does not reach you by 15th December 2010, please e-mail to inform HKICNA.
